Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Hopper Helper to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all parts, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at alwaysburnsrite@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to: 65 Ravenwood Drive East, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded your original payment method minus the shipping fee within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
